Post Want to build a Sniper.
Been talking about it so why not try. I saw a lot of pump guns and cockers at the last scenario, maybe they're making a comeback. I also signed up at PBN so we'll see how that goes.

My main reason for posting is to ask if anyone has a lot of spare parts they've no use for. The body I plan to use needs some parts besides the pump kit, lotta small stuff. My box of parts consists of a lot of junk actually like a misdrilled bolt, a bent cocking rod, 2 broken slide trigger shoes, and you get the idea.

It'll probably be shorter to list what I have. Body, back block, internals (although I'll want to look at their condition), the ASA, and a brass detent. I plan to use my Freak kit for the barrel. One of the players I talked to over the weekend had a decent pump conversion, went to the site and it only costs $40.

how's your project going? I'm doing the same thing right now... 2 cocker pumps on build. PbN's B/S/T has been really good to me!

Lol, well, it's kinda slow. After looking at what little I had I wondered if it would be worth buying a spare complete marker on Ebay and a pump kit to install on my own. I saved a few auctions but never made up my mind in time. I waited a few days to see if anyone would reply here too.

Hopefully once the ground dries out and I get back to the field I'll get in the mood to build it. I have a bad habit of putting projects off for a long time. Like the chair I used for 2 years before I fixed it.

Well the project is back on. Won a marker on Ebay that comes with everything except the pump arm. I know I found a comparison chart a few months ago about which kits are best. I mean why can CCM charge $80 while PMP is $40 and looks similar?

Does our store sell small HPA tanks? Like 13ci or something. I don't want to downgrade to CO2 carts but it seems like a bulky tank made for a semi (48ci +) isn't the best idea for a stealth pump marker. I did get a third spare tank with the marker I won which is luckily in hydro, but it's big like my others.

*Oh, and the pump kit came today. I can't believe how fast that shipped. If I only had air I could build and test.
